A: We ship worldwide and the postage is as below:
Shipping within Hong Kong:. HKD $45 via SF Express. Free Shipping on order above HK$500
Shipping to Macau and Mainland China: HK$100 via SF express. Free Shipping on above HK$1000
Shipping to International: HKD $100 via Hong Kong Registered Post. Free Shipping on order above HK$1000

Q: How long will I receive the items after I place an order?

Accepted Answer

A: Please allows 3-5 business days processing time for the items to be shipped out from our warehouse after your order.  Once items are shipped from our warehouse items will arrive at your address in 5-12 business days. Including the processing time you would receive the item within 17 days in most countries.

Q: How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?

Accepted Answer

A: When items are shipped out, we will send a notification to your registered email address.  The tracking number might not be available until a few days after dispatch, we will update the tracking information once it is available.

Q: If I received the wrong product or is defective, what should I do?"

Accepted Answer

A: If the product you received is not what you ordered or is defective, please keep the order in original package and contact us within 72 hours.  We'll replace those quickly and cover the costs of shipping.

A: Depending on your country's specific import laws you may be required to pay local duties and taxes.  These fees are not included in your shipping cost.  Please include correct telephone contact information in order to ensure that you can be reached in the case of a customs issue.
