SHIPPING RATE

  • Shipping within Hong Kong:. HKD $50 via SF Express. Free Shipping on order above HK$500

  • Shipping to Macau and Mainland China: HK$120 via SF express. Free Shipping on above HK$800

  • Shipping to International: HKD $80 via Hong Kong Registered Air Post. Free Shipping on order above HK$1000

RETURN POLICY

Full refunds are guaranteed for unsatisfied items returned in saleable condition and original packaging within 7 days after receipt. All tags must not be removed. Refunds will be credited according to the original method of payment. For hygiene reasons, no refunds will be offered for earrings. On-sales items, custom-made items, delivery and handling charges are not refundable. Please email us for a reference number before returning your items. Otherwise refunds will not be processed.
